WPCampus: Where WordPress meets higher education

Celebrate 10 years of WPCampus and discuss the Future of WordPress in Higher Education at WPCampus 2025!

The annual WPCampus conference will take place July 23 – 25, 2025, in Rochester, New York, United States, at the Hilton Garden Inn, near the University of Rochester campus.

WPCampus 2025 is a non-profit, three-day conference with lectures, discussions, social events, and networking opportunities. The event will focus on the confluence of WordPress and accessibility in higher education and is designed to support higher ed web teams using WordPress to advance the mission of higher education.

This year’s theme will focus on The future of WordPress in Higher Education.

Call for proposals

It is more important than ever for the WPCampus community to come together to assess the current state of WordPress in higher education and share ideas, solutions, and a vision towards building our desired future. The WPCampus 2025 call for proposals is focused on a specific theme: The Future of WordPress in Higher Education.

The call for proposals will close on April 30, 2025.

In-person or online tickets are required. Register for your in-person tickets by May 31 for early-bird pricing of $200.

Lodging

We have a block of 50 rooms at the hotel for $195 per room per night for July 23 – July 25. If price is an issue, other hotels are nearby, one within walking distance and the others a short drive.
