For in-person attendees
General Admission (July 23-25)
The cost of your General Admission ticket covers attendance for any sessions and social events on July 23 – 25.
Registration for General Admission (in-person) will open on April 7, 2025.
Pricing for General Admission
- Early Bird Ticket: $200 (available until May 31)
- Full Price: $300 (starting June 1)
For online-only attendees
Online-only tickets provide complementary access to the event’s online streams and functionality.
Registration is required for online tickets and will open on April 7, 2025.
Budget information for in-person attendees
Lunch will not be provided with this year’s registration fees. The venue is surrounded by a variety of dining options. Attendees will have ample time to gather food from a nearby quick-service location. Be sure to include lunch costs in your budget request.
Refund policy
Tickets for WPCampus 2025 can be fully refunded until the end of the day on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 (three weeks before the event).
After July 2, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
